At the Atterbury Trust, three core aspects are close to our hearts: students, community and culture. What makes the Atterbury A Cappella Competition so special is that it uniquely weaves these three elements together.

The idea for this came from a former student who made an enthusiastic plea to bring student a cappella (or “sêr” as it is commonly known) back to the stage.

We seized this opportunity with eagerness and since 2023 the competition has provided a valuable platform for young musical talent to fully express their love for music and performing arts.
