The Fairtree Atterbury Theatre in the heart of Lynnwood Manor is a testament to Atterbury Trust’s commitment to and love for promoting arts and culture in our community. Since 2011, this world-class theatre has been a magnet for lovers of the performing arts such as music and drama and it is also a regular venue for large and small corporate functions. During the design of the theatre, many trusted voices in the arts industry and renowned artists were approached for advice on equipment, sound, design and layout of the studio to ensure a world-class theatre experience for both theatre-goers and artists.

Fairtree Atterbury Theatre is widely regarded as one of the finest concert theatres in the country and more than a decade later we are thriving with over 4 000 performances and a wealth of unforgettable experiences. The theatre also contributes to the Atterbury Trust’s commitment to students through work opportunities created on a weekly basis.

The theatre also features a state-of-the-art recording studio with high-quality equipment where artists can record, mix and produce albums in one place. The studio has a window overlooking the stage so that live recordings of performances can also be made.

Since 2024, we have also incorporated our name sponsor, Fairtree Capital, into the name as a sign of their support for the development of arts and culture at a local level.
